Ms. Maryanne Pais has worked extensively as a psychotherapist and Assistant Professor in the field of Psychology. Her area of expertise is in mental health challenges experienced in adolescence and emerging adulthood. She has organized and facilitated sessions on mental health, self-esteem, leadership, emotional intelligence, stress management, depression and anxiety. She is also competent in aptitude testing.

Maryanne has completed her MSc. Clinical Psychology from Christ University. She qualified as an Assistant Professor under NET in 2018. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology at Christ (Deemed to be University) in the area of mental health literacy. In addition, she is a certified NLP Level I practitioner, and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), multi-arts based therapy, and Intensive Short-term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP). Her areas of research include mental health in adolescence and emerging adulthood, mental health literacy and public mental health.
